In order to manage and plan a successful project conducted for the given organization the project management teams use the planning process group as well as its constituent processes and interactions. This group is really helpful as far as gathering information with various levels of completeness and accurateness is concerned. Project management plan is developed by the planning process. The project’s  scope, costs , activities which take place in the project and schedule are also matured, defined and identified by these processes.

What is more it is also possible that new necessary project information will be discovered not to mention not discovered dependencies, needs, risks, assumptions, chances which can be identifies or solved out. It may be necessary to perform follow – on actions after collecting new project information or data. Important changes appearing during the project cycle boosts the need for further check of the planning procedure and also probably of the initiating processes. The frequency of repetition of planned processes is also changed.
